تأثيره على الجودةQuality effects
استقرار الفاكيوم يساعد نزح المياه؛ رقم فاكيوم مرتفع بلا تدفق كافٍ لا يثبت جودة الشفط.Stable vacuum supports dewatering; high vacuum without adequate airflow does not prove suction performance.
متابعة الحالة والصيانةCondition monitoring
النظافة ومتابعة التآكل والتسريب والاهتزاز تبدأ بمقارنة القراءات بخط أساس معروف، مع الالتزام بدليل الموديل وإجراءات المصنع.Use a known operating baseline to assess cleanliness, wear, leaks and vibration, following the actual model manual and plant procedures.

راجع مستوى الفاصل والتصريف وحمل المياه؛ اتبع متطلبات المصدر الفعلية.Check separator level, drainage and water load against source requirements.
الأعراض دي بداية تشخيص؛ السبب يتأكد بالقياسات والعينات ومراجعة دليل المعدة. لا توجد قيمة ضغط أو شد أو مش نمبر واحدة تصلح لكل الماكينات.Symptoms are starting points; establish causes with measurements, samples and the equipment manual. No single pressure, tension or mesh value suits all machines.
