زيادة الحمل قد تحسن النعومة مع فقد سمك أو بلك؛ النتيجة حسب الورق.Higher load can improve smoothness while reducing caliper/bulk, depending on the sheet.
متابعة الحالة والصيانةCondition monitoring
النظافة ومتابعة التآكل والتسريب والاهتزاز تبدأ بمقارنة القراءات بخط أساس معروف، مع الالتزام بدليل الموديل وإجراءات المصنع.Use a known operating baseline to assess cleanliness, wear, leaks and vibration, following the actual model manual and plant procedures.

الأعراض دي بداية تشخيص؛ السبب يتأكد بالقياسات والعينات ومراجعة دليل المعدة. لا توجد قيمة ضغط أو شد أو مش نمبر واحدة تصلح لكل الماكينات.Symptoms are starting points; establish causes with measurements, samples and the equipment manual. No single pressure, tension or mesh value suits all machines.
